Started this morning off pretty healthy-like, if I do say so myself! Nommed oatmeal, cut up pear and green tea. - Shit was delicious THEN I did an all over work out and afterwords I took a shower with the lights off and the blinds open half way. I actually feel super great:) Time to nom some soup.
